After all, we are not imagining the future; we’re building it. · Collaborating and influencing team resourcing including engineering, data engineering, customer engagement, and product managers to ensure successful execution · Assisting Engagement Leaders in the identification and prioritization process of analytics the team will take on by drawing on your breadth of previous development experiences · Utilizing your deep technical expertise to influence direction for analytic solution development and assess performance thereof · Championing professional development of the Data Science team including through a formal development plan by identifying training needs and mentorship · Contributing to the Honeywell Data Science Community with discussion topics and presentations You Must Have · Master’s degree in an analytics field (e.g. Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics) · Minimum of 3 years managing deeply technical individual contributors · Minimum of 7 years of combined Data Science prototyping and deployment experience as well as leadership We Value · Experience with MLOps · Experience with Python · Experience with SQL · Experience in product management and agile methodology · Experience working with remote and global teams · Results driven with a positive can-do attitude. · Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with senior leadership Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
