Sr Customer Service Rep
This employee supervises all Customer Service functions of order entry while abiding by the procedures set forth by management.

Job Responsibilities:

 

Assists the Customer Service Supervisor in overseeing all Customer Service personnel Answer incoming calls  Assist customers with questions  Enters new orders and assists sales representatives in obtaining compliant billable documents Actively participates in training all Customer Service personnel, including new hires Monitors the flow of orders to and from the Customer Service Department Deletes, corrects, or re-enters patient orders as necessary Monitors phone calls to ensure proper telephone techniques are used by Customer Service personnel
