**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and demand generation
+ Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data driven recommendations for optimization
+ Collaborate with commercial teams to develop customer focused sales enablement materials, especially for priority verticals to establish Honeywell brand awareness and thought leadership
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
+ Manage Internal Communications
+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing
+ Manager an effective team and deliver other ad hoc work as required to drive business growth
+ Business growth
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 10+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
+ Experience of leading Demand Generation activities and deliver the results
+ Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey ideas
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
+ Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
+ Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
+ Passion for marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
