Key Responsibilities:
RQB\n - reactive quoted: creation, re-creation, additions and deductions;
Operates\n changes according to process requirements in various existing records
Creates\n project structures, always taking into account the need for different cost\n allocations (including changes, creation of new activities, and the\n \"finalized\" technical setting), according with the documented\n customer requirements
Initiates,\n get approvals (if necessary) and complete billing related to contracts,\n reactive quoted, projects (full or partial billing);
Analyzes\n and takes the necessary steps to resolve disputes (credit issuance and\n reflow);
Key requirements:
Minimum\n college graduate; bachelor degree preferredMinimum\n 1,5 year experience on Sr Customer Experience Specialist roleFluent\n English (mandatory)ERP\n knowledge and Microsoft Office Suite knowledgeOur offer:
