Adecco is partnering with a respected local customer to find a skilled **Senior Credentialing Representative** for a **Hybrid** role. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to grow your expertise, learn new skills, and be part of a culture that values excellence and continuous improvement. **Why You’ll Love This Opportunity:** + **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM + **Location:** Hybrid (On-site in Minneapolis, MN as needed for audits) + **Pay Range:** $23.45–$32.41/hour + **Weekly Paychecks** + **Free Upskilling:** Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of courses + **Growth Potential:** We’re open to training candidates who show strong initiative and a desire to grow in the credentialing field **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Monitor sanctions and prepare credentialing reports + Oversee sub-delegated entities + Support audits and accreditation surveys + Prepare materials for the Credentialing Committee + Respond to inquiries and assist with special projects + Ensure compliance through internal and external audits **What We’re Looking For:** + Solid background in credentialing (healthcare experience preferred) + Strong communication skills—both written and verbal + Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment + Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a plus) + Self-motivated, reliable, and collaborative + CPCS certification preferred but not required + High School Diploma or GED required This position is managed by our Centralized Delivery Team, not your local branch.
