The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

What Inventory Mgmt contributes to Cardinal Health

Inventory Management is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning and customer forecasting systems, supply planning, product deployment and expediting processes, and the development and implementation of a stocking optimization model to minimize costs and inventory while delivering on service requirements.

Responsibilities in this role

Scans and processes of receiving paperworkPerforms daily cycle count reconciliationsAssists returns personnel in the returns processChecks expiration dates on products to ensure physical product location and systemCross trains in various areas such picking, packing and shippingOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years experience preferredPast warehouse experience preferredAbility to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shiftAbility to follow direction and change prioritiesAble and willing to work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 10 Hours or longerAble and willing to work in a freezer 5°F for 30-minute increments followed by a 10-minuteGood verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft office preferredAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to stand/walk for long periods of time in a warehouse environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent Preferred
