**About the Role:**
Under limited supervision, upholds the integrity of client’s global portfolio data for large, complex portfolio of properties. Maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software. Must have understanding of commercial real estate lease transactions and reviewing contracts. Must have experience in lease asset management for commercial properties.
**Hybrid Role: 3 days in office in San Jose (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).**
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Perform data entry into QuickBase or System of Record pertaining to:
+ Ongoing obligations (obligation type, dates, milestones, costs, reminders)
+ 3rd Party Consultant contract data - cost, schedule, milestones
+ 3rd Party Agreements/Leases – obligations, lease terms, costs
+ Deliver key reports informing the business of critical dates, contract compliance requirements, and outstanding compliance requirements.
+ Deliver ad-hoc reports for management and site leads.
+ Deliver reports prepared for Client leadership on a monthly/quarterly cadence reflecting portfolio statistics and metrics.
+ Create dashboards and client reports; track progress and status of services provided.
+ Deliver metrics and statistics in a mutually agreed upon format.
+ Manage key dates, obligations and milestones and provide appropriate notifications to Management/Site leads of those obligations.
+ Measure and report on data completeness per Data Compliance Standards, as updated from time to time, to Client.
+ Track payables with the lease contracts in portfolio. Process client rent rolls utilizing the database.
+ Review incoming invoices for errors/accuracy with lease documents and ensure correct coding. Review profit center reports for accuracy.
+ Prepare and distribute periodic and ad hoc reports in a timely, accurate manner. Design reports utilizing various report writers, G Suite. Review standard reports prepared by team members for accuracy.
+ Prepare and distribute critical date reports; maintain tickler system for tracking important dates and tasks.
+ May perform annual operating expense reconciliations, monitor audit windows and audit requirements contained in the lease documents.
+ Create and maintain client lease files ensuring they contain current, accurate information. Cross-check and review work of peers to ensure quality and accuracy of data.
+ Coordinate business reviews with the landlords/service providers including creating presentations and managing progress on action items.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
+ Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, and any Google Looker Studio and/or building Dashboard experience is a plus!). Should have extensive experience building and maintaining complex spreadsheets using Google Sheets and formulas. Ability to work well under pressure. Advanced organizational skills. We are looking for a self-starter.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Contract Admin Analyst position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Contract Admin Analyst position is $90,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
