Could it be you? **About the Role** As a Manager Consulting – MES, you will make an impact by leading strategic MES transformation initiatives for manufacturing clients across the Americas. You will be a valued member of the MLEU Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence and digital innovation. **In this role, you will:** + Lead the design and implementation of MES strategies that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and asset performance. + Serve as a functional SME, conducting assessments and recommending improvements across manufacturing operations. + Collaborate with IT, Quality, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of MES with ERP, QMS, and cloud-based systems. + Translate business requirements between Spanish and English to support LATAM stakeholders and global delivery teams. + Guide clients through organizational change, including training, UAT, and adoption of new MES practices. **What you must have to be considered:** + 8–12 years of consulting experience, with 5+ years delivering complex MES/ERP/QMS projects in MLEU sectors. + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with experience supporting LATAM clients. + Proven ability to perform gap analysis, define current/future state capabilities, and lead cross-functional teams. + Hands-on experience with real-time data acquisition systems, cloud platforms (AWS), and integration with SAP, PLCs, IoT devices, and industrial protocols. + Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or Management degree strongly preferred. **These will help you succeed:** + Expertise in Industry 4.0, process control, automation, and EHS. + Experience with greenfield and brownfield MES implementations. + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. + Familiarity with analytics platforms and asset performance optimization.COG2025 Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
