Job DescriptionSummary:
Pismo seeks a highly organized and influential Senior Consultant to lead program management of global strategic integrations between Pismo and the Visa product ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving prioritisation, technical integration, operating model design, commercial alignment, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for initiatives that unlock incremental revenue and value for Pismo. You will orchestrate input from a wide range of regional and functional stakeholders, coordinating subject-matter experts to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions—while ensuring that Pismo’s resources are focused on the greatest business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the structured intake, evaluation, and ranking process for integration opportunities, gathering requirements from global stakeholders.
Manage the entire business case process for proposed integrations, including data collection, financial modeling, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with product, sales, finance, and regional leaders to incorporate local nuances and customer feedback.
Define and document the operational model for each integration, including process flows for onboarding, ongoing support, and exception handling.
Establish roles, responsibilities, and SLAs across internal teams and external partners.
Work with Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams to develop region-specific pricing models aligned with local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Visa teams to develop effective GTM strategies tailored to each integration and region.
Plan and manage all phases of integration projects, maintaining organized documentation, timelines, and status updates.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
The candidate needs to be based in the UK8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDStrong network across core banking and issuer processing.Experience with technology providers supporting core and processing capabilities.Proven ability to build and manage partnerships that support joint GTM and client implementation.Hands-on experience managing technical, commercial, and operational alignment with partners (ideally including Pismo).Skilled in prioritisation, business case development, and stakeholder alignment.Experience coordinating technical delivery with product and engineering teams using scalable, standardised approaches.Ability to align commercial terms and pricing with regional market dynamics.Experience developing and executing GTM strategies with sales, marketing, and external partners.Experience working closely with sales teams, positioning the partner ecosystem as a complementary offering to core products.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.Willingness and ability to travel across Europe.Independant working and accountable
