Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Production Support Consultant with hands on experience in Xceptor, a leading data automation platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Xceptor workflows solutions in production. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform owners to troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations, and drive service improvements in a mission critical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Xceptor workflows, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents for solutions deployedMonitor production schedules proactively.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, including workflow failures, data anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.Investigate root causes of incidents, document findings, and implement preventive solutions.Work closely with development and platform teams to manage code deployments, environment issues, and configuration changes.Coordinate with business users during issue resolution, communicate incident statuses, and manage expectations.Maintain and enhance support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases.Assist in batch job scheduling, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.Participate in regular on call rotations and support coverage, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives within the Xceptor support framework.Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work in a team-based environment, as well as, the ability to work independentlyQuickly grasp the business problem and translates into tangible, usable actionable outputsRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any technical area with 8+ years of overall experienceMinimum 3+ years of experience in Xceptor application support, preferably in financial services or data processing domainsHands on experience working with Xceptor (workflow design, data ingestion, transformations, validations, and output generation).Strong understanding of production support practices including incident, problem, and change management (e.g., ITIL framework).Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for troubleshooting and log inspection.Good understanding of file handling (CSV, XML, Excel), APIs, and scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M) is a plus.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.Preferred Skills
Certified Xceptor Developer Foundation and AdvancedPrior experience in financial services would be an advantageDevelopment exposure to other automation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Blue Prism, Power Automate, UiPath) would be an advantage.Working with Us:
