Sr Construction Project Manager + **Location** Monterrey, Mexico + **Job ID** 0000026296 + **Category** Project / Program Management **Job Description** + Bring your strong construction experience in play and help making a LEGO innovative factory.Global Workplace Projects is a global organization leading end to end Factory Expansion projects enabling capacity growth within the LEGO Group. **What your day will look like:** + Leads the construction, coordination and implementation of the buildings assigned to their responsibilities. + Supports, is responsible partners and their work under his control. + Responsible for the legal compliance of the expansion project within the scope of construction. Ensures that the technical solutions is implemented in the interests of TLG. + Responsible for the operation of the quality assurance system and for ensuring quality compliance. + Coordinates on-site construction processes. He/Her is responsible for the coordination of external and internal actors, contractors in the implementation process (partner management), continuously coordinates and provides information to team members, and responsibly represents TLG in negotiations with external partners. + Responsible for the implementation of the project within the agreed budget, responsible for the implementation of the work according to the schedule. Its job is to develop corrective procedures in case of cost or time discrepancy and submit them to the Head of WP AMERICAS. **Are you up for the challenge?** + Experience with larger construction projects working in international/multinational companies. + Experience as an overall project manager of construction projects. + Knowledge in legal and commercial aspects within the building industry.
