As a Sr Compensation Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving strategy to ensure a performance-driven, market-competitive, fair, and compliant compensation and benefits program. You will be responsible for overseeing the compensation function and providing leadership and guidance to the compensation team. In this role, you will impact the organization by developing and implementing compensation strategies, policies, and programs, conducting market analysis, managing executive compensation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
