**The Opportunity **
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs for employees, to assure that they are competitive with market in the Country/Region as assigned. Assure that the compensation and benefits programs are compliant with C&B philosophy, Corporate policies and local laws.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Implement Compensation and Benefits philosophy in the assigned region affiliates.
+ Design, develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs, to assure that they are competitive in accordance to market in the Country/Region, as assigned.
+ Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
+ Develop, recommend, interpret, and implement human resources policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
+ Prepare and comply with the C&B budget.
+ Support three Large Business Units (AVD, EP/HF and SH) in the CR Manufacturing location.
+ Serve as a liaison between the affiliate, Area Compensation, Corporate Compensation and Benefits, Divisional HR Management, Consultants, and Benefit Carriers in terms of Compensation and Benefits programs and strategy.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
+ Minimum 8 years in Human Resources including at least 5 years in C&B.
+ Minimum 5 years in managerial position.
+ _Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) / Required_
