As a Senior Manager Collections, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing the collections function. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of collections managers and specialists, setting collection targets, and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement collection policies and procedures. You will monitor and analyze collection performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving escalated customer issues and disputes related to collections. As a Senior Manager Collections, you will also identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the collections process.
