Job Characteristics:Demonstrates use and application of standard chemical engineering, project management, and other relevant principles, theories, concepts and techniques to assignments where precedents may exist. Provides solutions to a variety of problems which require collecting and analyzing data from diverse sources to solve problems. Demonstrates initiative and open mindedness to identify and try the new and different approaches. Contributes to the research and development of differentiated technology, products, processes and systems.
Education/Work Experience:Degree or Advanced degree in a chemical engineering or related discipline. Degree and 2 to 4 years or advanced degree and 1 to 3 years related experience.
Independence Level/Reports to:Works under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects to determine and develop approach to meet desired objectives. May lead projects/experiments/research with limited scope and complexity. normally reports to project/program leader or more senior technical leader.
