As a Senior Channel Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. By providing guidance and mentorship to the channel sales team, you will foster a culture of excellence and drive revenue success for the company.

 

You will report directly to the General Manager BA Products Pacific, and you will work out of our Sydney office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a transformative impact on the company's channel sales strategies and overall business success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Identify and appoint suitable channel partners Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

 

Professional Skills / Knowledge

 

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Public Address account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
