As a **Senior Channel Sales Representative** here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales growth through effective channel management. Your expertise in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners will enable you to identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions. A main aim is to expand our market share within the Eastern Europe region by growing the Channel sales within the main countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Moldova and Slovenia. A strong market knowledge of gas grid operators is critical for this role.
You will report directly to our Product Business Leader Gas Central and you will work out of our Warsaw, Poland location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of Honeywell's Process Measurement and Controls (PMC) business unit by driving business development initiatives, fostering customer relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Gas industry.
+ Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing product training, support, and guidance
+ Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with channel partners to deliver value-added solutions
+ Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
+ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
+ Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and customers, Drive market share growth through effective business development strategies and initiatives
+ Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Gas industry
+ Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
+ Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
+ Experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills
