Sr Channel Exc Specialist
**Sr Channel Excellence Specialist** As a Sr Channel Excellence Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key driver in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies for the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your role is pivotal in driving growth and maximizing the performance of our channel partners in the Americas market. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel programs, initiatives, and incentives that align with our business objectives and drive customer satisfaction. You will report directly to our Channel Excellence Manager and you'll work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our channel partners and the overall growth of the BA business unit in Mexico City. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners, providing them with the necessary support, training, and resources to effectively sell and promote our products and solutions. You will also analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. **Key Responsibilities.** • Develop and implement channel excellence strategies to drive growth and maximize the performance of our channel partners • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute channel programs, initiatives, and incentives • Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to effectively sell and promote our products and solutions • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners and make recommendations for improvement **YOU MUSTHAVE** + 5+ years of experience in channel management or sales in the buildingautomation industry + Strongknowledge of the market and channellandscape + Proventrack record in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies + Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills + AdvancedEnglish + DataAnalysis Excel, Salesforce and SAP **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field + Experience working with channel partners in the building automationindustry + Presentation skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
