Sr Channel Excellence Specialist
As a Sr Channel Excellence Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be a key\ndriver in developing and implementing channel excellence strategies for the\nHoneywell Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your role is pivotal in\ndriving growth and maximizing the performance of our channel partners in the Americas\nmarket. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and\nexecute channel programs, initiatives, and incentives that align with our\nbusiness objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
You will report directly to our Channel Excellence Manager and you'll\nwork out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid work schedule.
In\nthis role, you will impact the success of our channel partners and the overall\ngrowth of the BA business unit in Mexico City. You will be responsible for\ndeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with our channel partners,\nproviding them with the necessary support, training, and resources to\neffectively sell and promote our products and solutions. You will also analyze\nmarket trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth\nand improvement.
Key Responsibilities.
• Develop and implement channel\nexcellence strategies to drive growth and maximize the performance of our\nchannel partners
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute\nchannel programs, initiatives, and incentives
• Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to\neffectively sell and promote our products and solutions
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify\nopportunities for growth and improvement
• Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners and make\nrecommendations for improvement
YOU MUST\nHAVE
5+ years of experience in channel management or sales in the building\nautomation industryStrong\nknowledge of the market and channel\nlandscapeProven\ntrack record in developing and implementing channel excellence strategiesExcellent\ncommunication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced\nEnglishData\nAnalysis Excel, Salesforce and SAPWE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience working with channel partners in the building automation\nindustryPresentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
