We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Sr.** **Category Marketing Manager** . This role will lead the development, execution, and optimization of impactful promotional strategies across our TV and AV channels within the Americas region. This role will be pivotal in driving engagement, increasing brand visibility, and achieving sales targets through innovative and well-managed promotional campaigns. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of promotions, from conceptualization and planning to execution, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong operational background, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and regional subsidiaries.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategic Promotion Planning:** Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies for TV and AV channels across the Americas, aligned with overall marketing objectives and sales goals.
+ **End-to-End Campaign Management:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of promotional campaigns, including conceptualization, budget management, cross-functional coordination, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
+ **Data-Driven Optimization:** Leverage data and analytics to evaluate the performance of promotional activities, identify key insights, and implement continuous improvements to maximize ROI.
+ **TV/AV Channel Promotion Leadership:** Provide strategic direction and oversight for the execution of promotional campaigns across various TV channels, ensuring impactful delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
+ **Weekly Email Marketing Strategy & Oversight:** Develop and oversee the strategy for the weekly email marketing, ensuring compelling content, effective segmentation, and optimal engagement for cross-selling.
+ **Demand Forecasting Collaboration:** Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate promotional plans with demand forecasting processes, providing insights and ensuring alignment.
+ **Promo Cost Management & Reconciliation Leadership:** Take ownership of promo cost management, overseeing the reconciliation process and ensuring budget adherence and accuracy across all campaigns.
+ **Regional Price Alignment Leadership:** Lead the coordination efforts with all subsidiaries across the Americas to ensure strategic alignment on promo pricing strategies and promotional communication, optimizing regional impact and consistency.
+ **ADI Canada Strategic Initiatives:** Play a key strategic role in developing and executing upcoming promotional initiatives for ADI Canada, with a specific focus on maximizing the impact of partnerships with supplier partners.
+ **Cross-Functional Team Leadership:** Collaborate closely with Category Marketing Team Members, Category Strategist, Sales Leadership, Demand Planning, and other stakeholders across the Americas region, providing leadership and ensuring seamless execution of integrated marketing programs.
+ **Supplier Partnership:** Partner with suppliers involved in promotional activities, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal outcomes.
+ **Performance Reporting & Communication:** Develop and present comprehensive reports on promotional performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
+ **Ad Hoc Duties:** Perform additional projects, tasks and responsibilities as required to support the marketing and promotional efforts and overall business objectives.
**YOU MUST HAVE:**
+ 3+ years marketing experience and/or category management experience
+ Experience within retail distribution or similar high transaction environment
+ Possess strong relationship building and business acumen
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Experience in data conversion and management, particularly in Excel
