**Sr Category Analyst** _Work Mode: Hybrid_ **Location: ** Hybrid - Kohler, WI **Opportunity** Kohler Co. is looking for an analytical candidate with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for driving results to join the growing Bathroom Faucets, Accessories, Fittings, and Lighting Category Management team. You will be joining a leading global company committed to living on the leading edge in design and technology of product and process. **The ideal candidate will exhibit the following:** + Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong interest in analytics + High-level presentation/communication skills + Leads with curiosity and creative thinking + Display initiative to find solutions and work effectively with all levels in the organization + Set strong example through work product, energy, attitude and technical skills + Willing to learn new product development, manufacturing, forecasting, and production planning **Specific Responsibilities** + Business analysis: Assessing portfolio effectiveness and making recommendations for improving sales performance + Break even analysis & tracking to support promotional plans & effectiveness + Goal setting: Determining sales goals + Reporting: Compiling reports and communicating findings to clients and executives + Data analysis: Analyzing data to identify opportunities to improve the layout and performance of the category + POS, shipments, weeks of stock analysis and insights + Performance monitoring: Collecting and analyzing data to gauge performance using KPIs and benchmarks + Demand and supply management + Maintain an up-to-date database of competitive & market information including product catalogs, price lists, current promotions, and new product introductions **Skills/Requirements** **Required** + Bachelor’s degree in any field. + At least 3+ years of work experience with a track record of high performance in a work setting. **Travel** + Approximately 10-20% annually. \#LI-Hybrid \#LI-KS1 **_Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future._** _We believe in supporting you from the moment you join us, which is why Kohler offers day 1 benefits. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
