Sr Campaign Manager, US, Project Kuiper
Description Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will serve a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. The Project Kuiper Marketing team is looking for a talented, results-oriented individual to lead upper funnel marketing campaigns in US and Canada. This role is responsible for developing the strategy and execution of brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels and locales. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization. You must have a track record of building and executing effective large-scale marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and demand. Key job responsibilities * Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel campaigns designed to drive awareness, consideration and demand for Project Kuiper. * Coordinate campaigns across US and Canada. * Collaborate with Marketing Intelligence teams to monitor brand health metrics and business impact, and regularly report on performance up to Director level, adjusting strategically and tactically as needed. * Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders from multiple functions (business, insights and measurement, creative, and other marketing teams) at a local, regional and global level. * Partner with external agencies in support of world-class marketing campaigns creation and execution. * Leverage internal Amazon marketing channels, as well as external marketing channels. * Manage budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI). * Develop mechanisms for scalability across multiple marketplaces. * Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience in audience segmentation and targeting Preferred Qualifications - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Marketing experience at a technology or telecommunications company. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
