Sr Business Systems Analyst
Purpose of Position As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will work together with associates from various functions to enhance and manage our Enterprise systems. You will help us to improve the deployment of our on-prim, SaaS and PaaS applications and establish continuous delivery and integration. Your comprehensive experience allows you to fulfil your duties autonomously and with a focus on quality and sustainability. Essential Functions + Oracle Fusion **P** **roduct** **Information M** **anagement** SME with deep knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management concepts + Manage application license agreements + Communicating and collaborating with development teams, vendors and IT + Load data conversions through the FBDI process and write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications and reports + Extensive experience with SaaS/PaaS solutions, including Oracle Fusion Business Intelligence Publisher reports, API integrationsand Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) configurations. This includes identifying Public View Objects (PVOs), creating staging and base tables, and running integrations to extract data from SaaS to ATP databases. + Extensive experience in developing inbound integrations to Product Data Hub (PDH). + Design and develop reports, dashboards, and data models using OTBI, BIP & FDI(Fusion Data Intelligence). + Develop custom formulas, configure subject areas, and implement security settings in OTBI. + Administration of different environments on Cloud + Managing Oracle Fusion updates by collaborating and conducting tests along with business SMEs. + Monitor and troubleshoot data sync jobs and integrations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs. + Proven experience in loading data conversions through the FBDI process and write specifications for conversions, integrations, modifications and reports. + Optimizing SQL queries, building complex data models, troubleshooting and enhancing reporting solutions, providing real-time technical support, developing unit test scripts, maintaining documentation, collaborating with the Information Security Architect and IT Compliance team, and training end-users and stakeholders on new features and processes. Qualifications – Skill Requirements + Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related technical degree + Minimum of9years proven experience effectively supporting Oracle Fusion ProductInformation Management subscription. + 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FDI). + Knowledge of software Engineering concepts and data management (Object oriented programming, SDLC, Requirement Elicitation, Documentation, Test Scripts etc.) + Project management skills + Vendor management skills + Balance stakeholders + Develop, maintain and enforce IT standards, policies and SOPs within your function + Effectively manage IT projects using other resources as needed + Familiarization with IQ, OQ & PQ processes. Desirable Skills/Experience + Experience in configuring Security Controls on Fusion subscriptions + Familiarity with Oracle APEX, Oracle Fusion PIM subscription. + Familiarity with Page Composer, Apps Composer, Groovy Scripts, REST APIs + Familiarity with Java/J2EE, SQL and UI frameworks like Angular and React.
