**LOCATION:** 5900 MLK Jr. Highway, Greenville, NC 27834
**TITLE:** Sr Business Process Specialist-Supply Chain
**HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
**DUTIES:** Evaluate current master data management business processes and digital solutions to ensure master data integrity complies with site and corporate requirements.
Work collaboratively across business functions to understand master data management business process challenges and goals.
Identify business process areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and process controls.
Develop and implement new master data management business processes to best meet internal and customer requirements.
Work closely with the site functional leads and IT to translate business processes to business requirements for enhancements to IT solutions.
Collaborate with site business leaders and functional teams to understand business needs, translate them into process requirements, and create process maps and models.
Communicate effectively with both non-technical and technical stakeholders to develop business requirements for IT solutions necessary for effective business processes.
Create process documentation and visual representation for training and reference.
Create functional specification documents for IT solutions supporting business process.
Provide support and troubleshooting for master data management process related issues.
Collaborate with site leadership and functional areas to implement effective change management.
Monitor the effects of process change and make additional modifications as needed.
**REQUIREMENTS:** MINIMUM Education Requirement: Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Data Management, or a related field of study. MINIMUM Experience Requirement: 3 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations with a focus on Supply Chain solutions and optimizing the integration of business processes and systems, or related experience. Alternative Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Data Management, or a related field of study plus 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations with a focus on Supply Chain solutions and optimizing the integration of business processes and systems, or related experience. Required knowledge or experience with:
SAP; SAP Forecasting, Demand, and Capacity Analytics; SAP EEC6; MDM/MM/P-PPI modules; and Data administration, design, and architecture.
