End User Services play a pivotal role in Workday delivering extraordinary support to our workmates globally. We believe in providing a quality support product ensuring efficient and effective support processes are in place to enable workmates to be their best selves. You will be an integral part of the Workday IT organization helping to drive service excellence and improvement programs, delighting our workmates and providing them with the service they deserve to carry out their day to day activities and yes, have fun while being challenged in the process!.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and global procurement and IT service excellence. This role requires a strong background in business process design, IT asset lifecycle, procurement strategy, and advanced reporting using platforms like ServiceNow, Google Sheets, and dashboarding tools.

You'll work closely with stakeholders from Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and End User Services to align strategic goals with operational processes, manage and improve supplier performance, and enhance analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver.

Process & Operations Leadership

Lead process improvement initiatives across procurement, asset management and BT service operations

Oversee end-to-end IT hardware and software lifecycle, from procurement to retirement.

Maintain and update SOPs related to procurement, asset lifecycle, and support services.

Support onboarding and compliance documentation for global vendors and suppliers.

Facilitate global inventory audits, logistics coordination, and supplier training.

Collaborate across departments to streamline and standardize business processes.

Reporting & Data Analysis

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow and other platforms.

Translate business requirements into actionable insights through data analysis.

Conduct root cause analysis of process failures and recommend improvements.

Support QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with internal and external stakeholders using clear, visual storytelling.

Strategic Planning & Governance

Support procurement demand planning, budgeting, and forecasting through data modeling and analysis.

Evaluate vendor performance through SLA tracking, KPI monitoring, and trend reviews.

Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, redundancies, or non-value-add processes.

Help drive policy alignment across multiple geographies and compliance frameworks.

About You

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business process analysis, procurement operations, IT asset management, or data analytics.

Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, Google Sheets (pivot tables, queries, advanced formulas), and PowerPoint/Slides.

Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and procedural documentation.

Proven ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions and present findings clearly to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ITIL, ITSM, or similar governance frameworks.

Familiarity with vendor management, QBRs, and global procurement practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills across global teams and time zones.

Comfortable using tools like Miro for collaboration and journey/process mapping.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives forward.
