Sr Business Dev Manager , Global Fleet Products
EU Global Fleet and Products (GFP) within Amazon Logistics is looking for an experienced business development / vendor manager to manage vendors that maintain and improve the EU Last Mile Fleet’s operational readiness and overall fleet health. As our fleet continues to grow, so do the opportunities to join a team that is directly involved with keeping our vehicles moving. The Fleet Products team is looking for a business development / vendor manager to build strategic programs and manage vendor execution that supports EU AMZL's last mile fleet. This role will be responsible for building strategic partnerships, development of mechanisms to align 3Ps to goals, and the enforcement of contractual mechanisms related to In-Life Services (ILS) and vehicle uptime. Working closely with Amazon and 3P business executives, this individual will design a strategy in strategic partnerships that enhance our existing programs and products and build new programs and products that yield additional maintenance & repair (M&R) capacity. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgement and a business background that enables them to earn trust at 3P C-Suite/VP level to drive an engagement. They will have operations and vendor experience that enables them to establish credibility with internal and external partner teams. Automotive industry interest and experience is a plus, but not a necessity.

Key job responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic ILS products and programs.

Build and implement 3P strategies that improve EU AMZL operational readiness and vehicle uptime.

Set, align and audit goals across internal and external teams.

Seek out commercial opportunities with external partners as well as internal teams to unlock broader initiatives.

Present results in regular Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives.

Build accountability mechanisms for 3P vendors.

Partner with the global product management team and operations team to influence the long-term roadmap to grow EU AMZL.
