**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr Business Analyst with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Business Services Operations Intelligence & Reporting and Analysis & Planning. Proficiency in English is required and experience in Finance & Accounting and Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. The role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. + Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence reports to support decision-making. + Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth. + Oversee the implementation of business solutions and ensure alignment with strategic goals. + Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback. + Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies and make necessary adjustments. + Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all business operations. + Utilize advanced analytical tools to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. + Support the development of business plans and forecasts to guide organizational strategy. + Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business systems and technologies. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project objectives. + Adapt to rotational shifts and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in Business Services Operations Intelligence & Reporting and Analysis & Planning. + Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective communication and documentation. + Experience in Finance & Accounting and Governance Risk & Compliance is highly desirable. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business improvements. + Show capability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting. + Display strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. **Certifications Required** Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification preferred.
