Amazon Seller Marketing team is responsible for driving seller acquisition to all categories available on the marketplace in LATAM. We own both strategy and execution of Marketing channels and programs.

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Sr Marketing Manager to drive the awareness strategy for Amazon Marketplace in Brazil. The person will lead brand and communication strategy and execution, PR, social, events and influencers activities to achieve brand metrics in each country. This role will own our online & offline awareness marketing channels, creating and managing campaigns to improve awareness, generate brand recall, and improve our top funnel recruitment results.

A successful candidate will need to both see the big picture and be able/willing to execute rapidly. The ideal candidate has proven success of creating and executing effective awareness marketing strategies across multiple channels, testing and launching new tactics, measuring results and optimizing performance over time against a clear set of measurable targets.

This person will own reporting of key content and marketing metrics to the leadership team and broader organization, partner with central marketing teams and influence with senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities
• Lead local strategy and awareness marketing campaigns to increase awareness and consideration of the marketplace for sellers in Brazil.
• Drive development of brand strategy in collaboration with external agencies, including development of customer personas, brand positioning etc.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish mechanisms for measuring brand marketing campaigns and performance
• Become an influential stakeholder and leader in Marketplace org in LATAM
• Supporting Public Policy and PR teams to build relationships with external groups to create awareness and drive adoption of Amazon tools.
• Lead customer and seller insights via qualitative and quantitative research as needed
