We are seeking a self-motivated, professional, and responsible individual to join our team. As a Senior Associate Cyber Testing - Project Management, you will work directly with clients in diverse industries to support RSM’s client experience strategy. This person must maintain complete knowledge of all aspects of our firm’s engagement management capabilities and applications that support our line of business. They must apply their working knowledge of our firm’s tools and strategy to support our teams in delivering projects efficiently and consistently. They will also be expected to spend time learning about risk consulting, our services and implementation methodologies that will contribute to managing client engagements effectively. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and organize projects, sometimes with multiple delivery teams, to assist in client’s compliance and security initiativesManage complex projects through the entirety of the engagement lifecycle, including project scoping, planning, monitoring and executionOversee day-to-day execution of tasks, ensuring adherence to outlined project planMaintain current and highly visible status reports, meeting agendas, project charters, and other documentation as required per projectDeliver projects on time and within budgetAble to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage projects seamlessly in multiple of systems of record (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify and resolve challenges, mitigate riskProactively identify client needs and take steps to maintain a positive client experienceContribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other documentation in support of internal processes, client experiencesConnect project objectives and outcomes with broader organizational goalsTake initiative and drive projects forward without supervision

Required qualifications:

4+ years of previous project management, PMO and/or consulting experienceBachelor’s degree in business management, IT, system engineering, or related fieldDemonstrated success using enterprise project management software, project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Excel and other Microsoft office products Ability to travel as neededMust possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, as well as the ability to adhere to both company policies and project management best practicesStrong verbal and written abilitiesAbility to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyStrong understanding of project budgeting and financial management, demonstrated understanding of program-level budget management is a plusTeam-oriented professional, experience coaching others a plus

Preferred qualifications:

PMP CertificationCAPM - Certified Associate Project ManagerExperience in professional services or cybersecurity
