Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of critical IT platform          Leveraging ITIL principles, manage incidents, problems, and changes, while proactively monitoring performance and coordinating equipment installations Provide hands-on support for the runtime operation of our applications, ensuring high availability and performance Participate in incident response and root cause analysis efforts to ensure the stability and resilience of the applications Contribute to the development and maintenance of runtime automation and tooling to streamline operational processes and improve efficiency Partner with appropriate supporting teams to ensure operational readiness throughout the application lifecycle. Collaborate with software engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues, including performance bottlenecks, scalability challenges, and system failures Contribute to the design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions to proactively identify and address potential runtime issues Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and provide input on runtime and operational considerations during the software development lifecycle Strong focus on data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to risk mitigation to ensure the highest levels of operational excellence Manage your own time, and work well both independently and as part of a team Good attitude, communication, willingness to learn and collaborate Bring a culture of innovation, ideas, and continuous improvement Challenging status quo, demonstrate risk taking, and implement creative ideas


Qualifications:

Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline 4+ years of software experience with proficiency in either Java or Python language          Very Good Understanding of Machine Learning Models, Spark, Linux, Spring Boot, React JS, MySQL, Couchbase, Postgres, GraphQL etc. Knowledge of GCP and Kafka processing pipelines is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on understanding and addressing runtime issues in Production, in a timely manner Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Monitor system performance and proactively optimize data pipelines for efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools, as well as incident management best practices, to ensure the reliability and performance of applications in a production environment Experience in software engineering is a plus Experience with CI/CD environment and tools is a plus
