**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Aprimo technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Aprimo Testing Plan & Spend Integration Configuration MRM and DAM. This role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on enhancing our digital asset management capabilities. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the sales and marketing processes through Aprimo solutions. **Responsibilities** + Develop and implement Aprimo solutions to enhance digital asset management capabilities. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Aprimo systems with existing platforms. + Conduct thorough testing of Aprimo applications to ensure functionality and performance. + Configure Aprimo modules to align with business requirements and objectives. + Optimize Aprimo Plan & Spend processes to improve budget management and efficiency. + Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aprimo-related issues. + Document and maintain detailed records of Aprimo configurations and integrations. + Analyze and interpret data to drive improvements in marketing resource management. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Aprimo implementations. + Train and mentor junior developers on Aprimo technologies and methodologies. + Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to leverage Aprimo for strategic initiatives. + Evaluate new Aprimo features and updates for potential adoption and integration. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of Aprimo processes and workflows. **Qualifications** + Possess strong expertise in Aprimo Testing Plan & Spend Integration and Configuration. + Demonstrate proficiency in Aprimo MRM and DAM for effective digital asset management. + Have a solid understanding of sales and marketing domains to align Aprimo solutions. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical tasks. + Show capability to work in a hybrid model with effective time management skills. **Certifications Required** Aprimo Certified Professional Digital Asset Management Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
