THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE The Senior Analyst, Store Operations plays a key role in supporting the Store Operations team by delivering reporting and insights to both corporate partners and field leadership. As part of the Store Operations Analytics team, the Senior Analyst supports field-facing analytical tools and capabilities that empower store leaders and teams. This role is responsible for managing the daily performance and accuracy of existing dashboards, while also leading mid-sized reporting projects tied to operational business initiatives. This role collaborates with business stakeholders to define the reporting needed to enable data-driven decisions. The Senior Analyst then leads the buildout and delivery of the solution, partnering with data engineering teams as needed. YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY: Build, maintain, and iterate high-visibility Power BI reporting that are accurate, insightful, interactive, and durable Partner cross-functionally with business leaders and stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and drive innovation. Collaborate with IT to identify and resolve data inconsistencies, streamline processes, and improve data reliability. Draft business rationale and technical requirements for ingestion of new data sources, additions to existing data models, calculation of new metrics, and improvements of existing reporting Serve as a key resource for reporting needs, with a deep understanding of data sources and accessibility. Manage support ticket SLAs, ensuring timely resolution of issues submitted by store and field leaders. Manage recurring reporting initiatives that support business growth and decision-making. Analyze and establish key relationship metrics across different business segments (services, retail, boutiques) while ensuring alignment with broader enterprise (e.g., finance, consumer analytics) Work with the Manager of BI&A and Reporting to develop accurate and timely reporting that supports sales strategies and identifies new opportunities. Build strong cross-functional relationships through trust, collaboration, and proactive communication across all levels of the organization. Optimize and automate legacy reporting processes that currently include manual intervention THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, or related field. Proficiency in SQL and understanding of database design principles. Experience with data visualization tools—Power BI preferred; Tableau, Looker also valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Highly organized, self-motivated, and curious, with a proactive mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advance), PowerPoint, and Word. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Skilled at interpreting ambiguous data, developing insights, and communicating recommendations clearly. General understanding of retail systems, operations, and technologies. Demonstrated business acumen—retail or store-level experience a plus. Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities from a variety of stakeholders. #LI-JR #LI-Hybrid The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $93,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
