Sr Analyst Quality Assurance
Position OverviewAs an Senior Analyst Inventory Control and Quality Assurance , you will be responsible for researching, compiling and presenting understandable & actionable inventory analysis, partner with operational leadership in order to drive improvements in inventory quality for customers, inventory accuracy (including reduction of inventory shrink) and customer claims management.

Job DescriptionDescription

Develop, maintain and deliver recurring and ad hoc inventory reporting & analysis to senior leadership, including: analyze business issue(s); gather information from various internal and external sources (including disparate internal systems/datasets), including meeting with operational groups, IT, reporting & applied analysis team, facility based inventory/quality groups; coordinate design and development of testing to substantiate findings; develop understandable and actionable analysis, and written recommendation; Present to ICQA leadership and business partners (operations, customers, sales representatives); Provide follow-up guidance on how to extract and/or interpret information to IT & other stakeholders as necessary to enable implementation; measure ongoing effectiveness of implemented recommendations, including monitor ongoing usage of analysis, adjust content/frequency/recipients as necessary and assessing compliance with new process Play a lead role in recurring meetings with operational and field inventory/quality teams to identify issues Make periodic field visits as necessary to fully understand facility processes, build business relationships, monitor implemented programs Document all procedures Provide education and guidance to analysts and representatives in reporting & applied analysis team Review and approve data and analysis developed by analyst, representatives Enable sufficient information and knowledge sharing to ensure continuity when absentTravel Required:No

Years Of Experience

0-2 : Previous experience working with multiple, disparate, data sources including small solution databases, data warehouses as well as flat data files; experience in R, Python, Minitab, or other computing language; experience using SQL for database manipulation. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, Powerpoint, and Word.

QualificationsBachelor's Degree - Applied Mathematics, Bachelor's Degree - Computer and Information Science, Bachelor's Degree - Statistics
