Sr Engineer-Voice-Cisco
Job Summary
The Senior Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless functionality of voice solutions using Cisco technologies. This position is vital for providing high-quality technical support, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing existing features to meet client needs. The role emphasizes collaboration with functional teams and delivering timely, effective solutions that align with organizational quality standards.
(1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Cisco Voice Systems By Troubleshooting Issues, Resolving Bugs, And Implementing Client-Driven Enhancements To Ensure Optimal Performance And Reliability.
2. Provide Technical Support To Clients By Analyzing Data, Resolving Tickets, And Managing Daily Support Activities While Monitoring Client Requirements And Ensuring On-Time Delivery Of Tasks.
3. Create And Update Documentation In Alignment With Cmmi Standards And Client Requirements To Facilitate Process Improvements And Compliance.
4. Offer Technical Guidance To Junior Developers By Sharing Best Practices In Cisco Voice Technologies And Supporting Their Professional Development.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Cisco Voice Technologies And Systems.
2. Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Maintaining Voice Systems.
3. Familiarity With Ticketing Systems And Client Support Processes.
4. Good Knowledge Of Documentation Standards And Practices.
5. Experience In Mentoring And Providing Guidance To Junior Team Members.
Certification
1. Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna) Voice Certification Is Optional But Valuable.
2. Itil Foundation Certification Is Advantageous.
