Job Description:

Technical Skills

 

Good knowledge on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 and Exchange Online.Good working experience on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 Components - (DAG, Exchange Database, Outlook Web Access, Offline Address List, Mail Flow, Free/ Busy, High availability)Experience in managing and restoring O365 mailboxes, Shared / Resource mailboxes, public folders, Dynamic groups, Calendar and LicencingKnowledge on configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover, Offline Address Book, Out of Office, Scheduling & free busy,  Outlook Web Access, Outlook Connectivity.Experience on hybrid environment and SAN Certificate renewal and analysing Events Logs / IIS logs / Protocol Logging.Hands on experience on Teams online such as managing Teams, Rooms,  Analytics & reports and Live EventsGood experience on Email Security gateways, Connectors, Transport rules and troubleshooting skills on Email routingGood knowledge of Exchange PowerShell scripting.Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and admin side.
