Essential Job Functions:

Provide user support of the global time tracking process & related systemsAnalyse & resolve Data Errors in the Financial and HR system landscape globallyIdentify root causes and long term system and/or process improvements in collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll and Information Technology stakeholdersDocument system or process issues consistently and clearlyDocument system requirementsSupport financial system projects through analysis and testing.Collaborate with the team to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance within financial systems.Assist in system maintenance, data management, and software updates.Provide guidance and support to junior analysts as required.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar roleProven experience: Proficiency in Finance Information SystemsProficiencies:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong command of the English Language (additionally Tamil  and/or Hindi would be plus)Solid understanding of any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite..etc.)A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Desire and ability to learn about the business processes and the systems that support themAbility to work in a culturally divers environment, ideally prior international work experience.Ability and ideally prior experience working with teams distributed across multiple countries.Desire and ability to take initiative without reliance on step by step direction.
