Sr Analyst - Digital Category Performance

Your Impact

The Senior Analyst, Category Performance, leverages the online reporting capabilities to identify major financial and customer improvement opportunities for the Online business. The Senior Analyst will identify new opportunities in sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, Inventory, Cancels, Returns, Delivery SLAs and other digital metrics. The Senior Analyst partners with team members of the Digital Category organization to build compelling insights and recommendations that can drive positive category performance and outcomes. This individual will
also work directly with the Merchandising, Tech/Product Management, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain teams to partner and share insights that lead to tangible category, financial, and customer impacts on Lowes.com and our App platforms. The Senior Analyst will also support tracking of actions taken by the partner teams and monitor their category, financial, and customer performance against the Online business objectives.

What you will do

Leverage existing reporting tools to identify significant financial and customer improvement opportunities for the Online business across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, Inventory, Cancels, Returns, Delivery SLAs and other digital metrics.Partner with team members of the Digital Category organization to build out compelling insights and recommendations that can drive positive category performance and outcomesCollaborates with partner teams -- Merchandising, Tech/Product Management, Inventory Planning, Stores, and Supply Chain -- to partner and share insights that lead to tangible category, financial, and customer performance impacts on Lowes.com and our App platforms.Detect root causes of changes in metrics and alerts the necessary teams on actions needed.Support tracking of actions taken by the partner teams and monitor their category, financial, and customer performance against the Online business objectives.Understanding of each of the online reporting tools and platforms to be able to deliver comprehensive category insights



Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
• 4-5 years of relevant experience
• 3 years experience with Excel, Adobe, Power BI, Tableau, DART, Looker (or similar analysis tools)

Preferred Qualifications

4-5 years experience in online retail or Omni-Channel merchandising
