Job Summary:

This role is part of PayPal’s Compliance Platform organization. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to drive innovation in regulatory technology and ensure our data-driven products and systems meet high standards for performance, scalability, and global alignment.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business requirements and perform impact assessments.Lead sessions to define payment models, transaction models, data provisioning, data modeling, and software reporting capabilities, and utilize datasets for business recommendations.Partner with Data Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely data delivery.Triage and drive the resolution of production issues.Oversee vital business processes within existing systems to ensure uninterrupted service.Highlight bugs and blockers, and coordinate with development and operations teams for resolution.Develop product performance dashboards and executive dashboards.Perform ad hoc data analysis and provide production support.Propose future state solutions and design scalable data solutions.Work with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with5+ years of relevant experienceorBachelor’sdegree with7+ years of experience.Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus.Proven ability to translate complex business problems into structured, scalable data solutions.Skilled in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Effective communicator with a collaborative and proactive mindset.Demonstrated experience working in high-performance, cross-functional environments.Experience infinance, financialcompliance, risk, or regulated industries isnice to have.

The US national annual pay range for this role is $111,500 to $191,950
