Job Summary

As an integral part of the pricing team, this role will be responsible for creating and executing pricing stategies while analyzing the market to empower leaders to make timely and well-informed pricing decisions. Through your analysis and recommendations, you will have a direct impact to Apotex Corp’s profitability goals, with the goal of winning, retaining and growing our business.

Job Responsibilities Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing the pricing strategies and analysis for our higher profile products in Apotex Corp’s portfolio Manages analytics through integrating multiple data sources, creating relevant business visualizations, identifying top business insights and trends Present analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership team Evaluate customer bids to make recommendations on price in accordance to Pricing Approval Matrix by analyzing internal sales, bid history, market data etc. Create and maintain pricing dashboard that houses market price grids, IQVIA price trends and all relevant market price data. Develop and design pricing models to evaluate impact and strategy Perform WAC or SWP analysis and execute as necessary Analyze price impacts and sales trends, recommending any adjustments as necessary Collaborate with other groups in the organization; Contracts, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales Team as needed to gain further product/customer insights Identify and analyze industry trends and business opportunities to achieve the company’s mid-to-long term strategies for future growth and business goals. Support ad-hoc pricing analytical requests Train and guide other junior analysts as necessary Performs all work in compliance with our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics, and related policies and with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our job activities. All other relevant duties as assigned Works in a safe manner collaborating as a team member to achieve all outcomes. All other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree required either in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or similar degree. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong data analysis experience Strong presentation skills and ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner Strong analytical report creation Multi-tasking and time management capability with strong attention to detail Experience 5+ Years relevant experience (10+ years relevant experience to substitute a Bachelor’s Microsoft Office Suite Applications; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Strong knowledge of MS Excel Experience with advanced complex formulas and pivot tables VBA Macros, PowerPivot and Database (SQL) a plus Business Intelligence development knowledge a plus
