We're seeking a highly skilled and strategic Sr Analyst – Material Life Cycle Planner to lead the end-to-end materials planning process, ensuring timely supply and availability of materials to support commercialization projects. This critical role requires a unique blend of strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize material flow, minimize supply chain disruptions, and reduce material losses.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive materials planning strategies that align with commercialization project timelines, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions. Analyze and forecast material demand based on project requirements, communicating effectively with suppliers and plants to ensure alignment. Optimize inventory levels to balance supply and demand, eliminating stock outs and waste.Operational Execution:
Lead the execution of material transitions for project workstreams and other initiatives as needed, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Guide and delegate tasks to team members, providing analytical and executional support to drive project success. Utilize project tracking tools to manage dates, tasks, and validations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks. Collaborate with project teams to stay informed about project progress and potential material requirements changes.Supplier Management:
Foster strong relationships with suppliers through regular meetings and ad-hoc discussions, aligning on project timelines, material needs, and execution. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions. Enforce Kraft Heinz expectations with suppliers, leveraging data and procurement support to drive deliverables.Financial Management:
Monitor working capital tied up in inventory and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with suppliers and plants to ensure inventory strategies meet expectations, including MOQs, Safety Stocks, and Lead Times.Location(s)
