Sr Analyst, Finance (Inventory)

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing key inventory and cost accounting processes, supporting compliance activities, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive financial insights. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will help optimize operations and ensure accurate financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.
**How´ll make an impact:**
+ Prepare and process month-end journal entries related to inventory (e.g., PPV, Cap and Roll); prepare balance sheet account reconciliations; calculate, update, and maintain product standard cost in ERP system; gathering data and generating reports in support of manufacturing trend analysis; Book to Perpetual analysis.
+ Assist in compliance activities (e.g., SOX, key and internal controls, fixed asset audits, physical inventory) Analyze ROI (Return on Investment) of expenditures for manufacturing projects, identify operational implications, and recommend improvements.
+ Partner with business leaders across various functions to advise on financial impact of transactions.
+ Assess system capabilities and process efficiencies and make recommendations for enhancements and upgrades.
**What you´ll need (Required):**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Economics and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Inventory or Cost Accounting areas.
**What else we look for (Preferred):**
+ Proficiency in the use of OneStream and JDE is a plus.
+ MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel, database tools (e.g. QlikView, I360).
+ Good understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting processes.
+ Substantial understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
+ Substantial knowledge of financial concepts and principles.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication English skills.
+ Excellent interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
+ Expertise in own functional area and ability to coach others in various functional areas impacted within the business.
+ Strict attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requires coordination between organizations.
+ Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of the environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
