About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate for end-to-end problem solving both qualitative and quantitative Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance to support our Director of Commercial Finance in delivering high-impact insights and driving commercial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about data and analytics.

Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and these ranges should not be considered career salary limits or caps. The pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future. Some roles may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or additional incentives.

The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $100,000- $120,000

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Analysis & Business IntelligenceSupport the development and maintenance of commercial KPIs and dashboardsOwning performance analysis trends across channels, customers mix, seasonalityDeliver timely and accurate reporting to support monthly business reviews and strategic planningChampion data accuracy and automation in reporting and analysisSupport implementation and improvement of commercial reporting systems and leverage efficiency tools (proficiency in Excel and database handling is crucial)Planning & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysesEnsure data integrity and consistency across planning cycles and actuals reportingCollaborate with regional teams to align revenue planning with business goals & strategyGovernance & Process ImprovementEnhance reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and insight generationContinuously contribute to S&OP processes improvements to drive simplification and adherence

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasetsCurious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, high-growth environmentHas the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally with different teamsDemonstrates Strong problem-solving skills and drive for big data analysis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleProficiency and ability to fast-learn reporting systems and tools (Excel, Power BI, ERP/BI platforms are a +)Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
