The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team in Richardson Tx: 

RTX Accounts Payable is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable Tier 2 Customer Service.  RTX AP Tier 2 Customer Service is responsible for resolving complex service tickets that have been escalated for action
 

What You Will do:

Will act as a team leader for the Customer Service Support Tier 2 agentsServes as a liaison between Conduent Customer Service team and RTX Tier 2 AP Customer Service TeamWill work complex tickets from the Customer Service Desk (Internal & external)Work support tickets and other items escalated by managementManage the delegation of support tickets across the Tier 2 teamComplete Accounts Payable processes within the various AP systemsResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issuesCreate, implement and communications and training associated with accounts payableEnsure Customer Service and Customer Service Support processes are aligned with AP guidelinesHandle exceptions or discrepancies in invoices by coordinating with internal & external teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

This role typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree   OR in lieu of a degree 6 or more years of relevant work experience may be consideredAt least 2 years of experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable functions, processes and tools.At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications We Prefer:

Knowledge and experience with Transcepta, SAP, Oracle and JDE Excellent oral & written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
