As a Sr Agile Transformer, you will partner with technical leaders and engineering teams to coach, guide, and drive the adoption of Agile practices that support the rollout of our internal development platform. You will lead facilitation efforts to help teams understand their product portfolios, align on delivery priorities, and accelerate the adoption of modern CI/CD and platform capabilities. Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Platform Engineering and DevOps teams
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage team cadence, and help teams plan and deliver iteratively
Partner with business stakeholders and engineering leads to define product goals and manage delivery through backlogs
Coach teams on Agile principles, the Scrum Framework, and product-centric delivery models
Help teams migrate from project-based execution to cross-functional product development
Facilitate portfolio and digital incubation workshops to align teams around value streams, platform capabilities, and delivery outcomes
Identify and remove delivery impediments and continuously improve Agile execution across teams
Champion transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in team practices and outcomes
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, business, or related discipline
Substantial experience in Agile software delivery environments, preferably with a focus on DevOps, Platform Engineering, or internal tooling
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
Desired Characteristics
Deep experience working in Agile product development environments with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong understanding of Agile values, Lean thinking, and product lifecycle concepts
Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills; able to balance competing priorities and perspectives
Adept at identifying delivery risks and misalignments, and helping teams adapt plans effectively
Skilled in conflict resolution, team coaching, and driving shared ownership within delivery teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Committed to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and outcomes-driven team culture
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally is a plus
