Sr Advanced Systems Engr
As a Sr Advanced Systems Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and overseeing a team of highly skilled systems engineers in the design, development, and delivery of advanced systems and solutions. You will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our technological advancements and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects. In this role, you will impact the strategic direction for systems engineering activities, drive innovation, and set clear objectives and expectations. You will manage project portfolios, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the successful execution of projects. Key Responsibilities Requirements analysis Systems design Systems integration Systems validation & verification- Prepare detailed test plans, provide test coverage, analyze test data and report test results. Customer Interaction- Clearly articulate key performance and operability results within Honeywell and with external customers. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Constantly look to automate manual and repetitive tasks while reducing or optimizing build/release times. Automate and implement the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipeline. Engage with teams and manage build requirements. Follow emerging technologies Troubleshoot and debug existing product Installers **YOU MUST HAVE** • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Systems/Computer) • Minimum 10+ years of engineering experience **WE VALUE** + **Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle and software development lifecycle** + **Experience in systems engineering – system requirement, integration, and verification (DO-178C)** + Individuals that quickly analyze and apply new information and concepts. + Individuals who are self-motivated, able to work with little supervision, and who consistently take the initiative to get things done. + Diverse and global teaming and collaboration + Can quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts + Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness. + Diverse and global teaming and collaboration Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done + Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks. + Working experience on DO-254/280B, A618, A631 and A758 will be an added advantage.
