Our client, a leader in aerospace technologies, is seeking a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Systems Engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer

Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid - Onsite/WFH)

Pay Range: $65 - $75/hr

What's the Job?

Lead requirements for Verification and Validation for Military Environmental Control Systems in accordance with ARP4754. Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee systems integration and architecture development. Mentor and develop staff capabilities while coordinating effectively with multi-disciplinary design teams. Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in System Requirements and Verification and Validation Process (V&V). Ability to work under minimal supervision.
