Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering department supporting innovative manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: $64-68/hr

What's the Job?

Oversee and manage advanced manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity. Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and processes to optimize production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization. Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
