Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting the production of innovative technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a hands-on work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range: $50-60/hr, based on skills and experience

What's the Job?

Provide test and manufacturing support for Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production. Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends, and drive yield improvements. Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices. Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitating issue identification and analysis. Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field. Experience with optics, sensors, and/or electronic assemblies. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. Hands-on work ethic with initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.
