Position Purpose /Summary
•Provide technical support, involving in pre-sale and after-sale technical service.
•Provide technical training and products application introduction to sales personnel, other SBU and customers.
•Support new product or new application or any new product commercialization
Key Areas of Responsibility
•Responsible for providing adsorbent applications and technical supports to end users.
•Handle the adsorbent design request from sales personnel or customers.
•Provide on-site technical service to customers. Including analyses and solve technical problems and troubleshooting in adsorbent product application, adsorbent loading/unloading instruction, on-site instrument analyses service etc.
•Customer regular visit. Collect the market information of adsorbents application and transfer them to sales personnel in time.
•Work close with business team. Complete other job assigned by Technical Support Manager.
•Enhance customer relationship through proactive interactions with customer and service-oriented attitude.
•Ability to learn and use portable analytical equipment (just as moisture analyzer) at customer site.
•Participate in external meetings as customer and contractor required, or technology/product conference organized by company.
•Follow, implement and maintain HS&E management system policy, procedures, work instructions, rule and regulations that developed or/and implemented within sales department or and the company.
•Promptly report any potential safety risk, correct any unsafe action and condition that may present in workplace.
•Regular internal meeting with global expert team or other regional TS teams
Qualifications/ Experience/ Knowledge
• Education / Qualifications:
•minimum requirement: bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other chemical-industry-related speciality.
•master is required or above is highly preferred
Experience:
•3-5 years or above working experiences in chemical industry
•2 years or above on-site technical service experiences. (optional)
•Good understanding of products application industries like Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Coal Chemical, TSA / PSA and adsorbent (MS, AA) or catalyst knowledge is a plus.
•Willing to frequent travel (20-50%).
•Professional Skills / Knowledge: • Native Chinese. Good communication skills in English. Good communication skills facing to customer.
Below are extra requirements, still preferred:
•Chemical Analysis skills to troubleshoot customer concerns to assure timely resolution.
•R&D background in catalyst,adsorbent, other chemicals or TSA/PSA equipment
•Oversea study, intership or international exchange-student experience is not required but highly preferred.
•Internal-transfer from other Honeywell SBU/SBG is preferred to shorten the time.
