Sr Administrative Assistant – TPG

Position Overview:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level, confidential administrative support to Vice Presidents within the Technology & Products Group (TPG). This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, travel logistics, and cross-functional coordination with professionalism and efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

Displays professional etiquette, maintains discretion, and uses appropriate interpersonal skills in interactions at all organizational levels. 

Manage multiple complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize scheduling across time zones  

Arrange and manage high volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reporting  

Proactively handles responsibilities and consistently delivers exceptional results 

Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite  

Handle confidential communications and ensure timely responses to priority items 

Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site events, and large group functions  

Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination  

Manage incoming and outgoing communications, mail, and package distribution  

Serve as liaison between TPG leadership, internal departments, and administrative peers across Micron sites 

Provide backup support to team members, other TPG administrative staff and departments as needed 

Assist with onboarding and training of new administrative professionals 

Support Workforce Development initiatives, including technical article submissions 

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment  

Proficiency in multiple calendars management, complex domestic and international travel, and working across global time zones 

Proven ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism  

Strong written and verbal communication skills  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools  

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively  

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a 95% on-time completion rate for assigned tasks.

Consistently meets or exceeds deadlines for all assigned projects, with a minimum of 90% on-time delivery rate.

Possession of a valid Notary Public certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
